We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Filter Driver Technician to service our restaurant clients. This is a great opportunity for an early riser looking for a consistent morning routine with a focus on safety and customer service.

As a Filter Driver Technician, you will be responsible for exchanging clean, compliant filters for range hoods in restaurants across Melbourne and surrounding areas. You will play a vital role in ensuring fire safety and maintaining a clean and healthy kitchen environment for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Exchange filters at restaurant venues according to the daily run sheet and individual Filter Service Agreements.
- Maintain a high level of fire safety awareness, observing, reporting, and mitigating potential fire risks.
- Conduct pre-departure filter checks at the depot to ensure all necessary stock is available for the day's exchanges.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns or problems with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain company uniform standards.
- Complete a weekly vehicle checklist and ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and tidy.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.

**Requirements**:

- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Robust knowledge of parking rules and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Proficient computer skills for documentation and communication.
- Strong knowledge of navigation tools such as GPS, Waze, etc.
- Reliable transportation and a valid manual driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry filters (weight may vary).
- Comfortable working early mornings (start time approximately 5:30AM, completion around 12:30PM).
- Police Checks, and Working with Children Checks.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- Previous sales and/or courier experience.
