Position Title: Trade Waiter (Maybe Sammy)

**Salary**: AUD$72,000 - $78,000 per annum based on skills & experience

About the Brand

The Maybe Group is an established Sydney restaurant group, we are currently

seeking a full-time Trade Waiter for Maybe Sammy. Our brand marries a premium

dining experience of Italian inspired dishes with luxe twists, award-winning cocktails

from an internationally acclaimed front-of-house team, and a chic vibe worthy of

Frank, Dean, and Sammy in their heyday.

About the Role

Our Trade Waiters are the primary contact point in the venue of industry

professionals, regulars, and first-time guests. The focus of the role is to create a

memorable experience through exceptional service, attention to detail, and genuine

hospitality.

About You
- The successful applicant will need to meet all of the following:

- A formal qualification in hospitality (minimum Australian Cert III or higher

qualification) will be very highly regarded
- Minimum of two years’ experience in premium service venues / environments

in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for engaging with people
- A sharp eye for detail and a calm, composed approach under pressure
- Solid knowledge of food, beverages, and the rhythms of great service
- A sense of pride in personal presentation and the ability to represent the

venue with professionalism
- An RSA (or equivalent certification) and a desire to keep learning
