**About You**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to all enquires at the Heyington Campus front office and direct the queries to the applicable person
- Answer phone calls internal and external to Heyington and direct them to the appropriate person
- Prepare and distribute specific communications
- Prepare documentation and spreadsheets as required

The hours of work are: Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm.
