Site Supervisor

URGENTLY HIRING 360 Personnel are currently looking for a driven Site Supervisor for a Fire & flood restoration company based in Punchbowl. This role would suit an experienced labourer / carpenter who has knowledge in managing daily site opperations. Responsibilities for Foreman: - Report project progress to superiors - Make sure Work Health & Safety policies are being adhered to - Supervise all workers - Help workers when required - Solve disputes between workers - Ensure that a project is running on schedule - Assign tasks to workers - Ensure that the site is safe and reporting hazards Junior Foreman will also have: - A valid drivers licence - Ability to organize day to day tasks - Ability to solve disputes between workers - Ability to lift up to 25kgs - Excellent communication skills - Deep knowledge of the industry and processes - Ability to read construction plans and swms - Perform quality checks on equipment and sites This would be great opportunity for a gun labourer or carpenter who would like to transition into a senior, supervisory role.
