Distribution Linesperson

**The Role**

**Ventia **has partnered with Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) to provide distribution, maintenance, and construction services.

**Ventia **have an opportunity for a dedicated linesperson to join an inclusive and collaborative team. The positions is based in our **Pinkerabbe depot **with scopes of works ranging from **maintenance, outages, and distribution of the EQL network **in metropolitan Brisbane with occasional work away. This role offers genuine progression, work - life balance options and work predominately located in Brisbane.

**Conditions**
- Flexibility - 9-day fortnight
- Monday - Friday
- Overtime time for wet weather conditions
- Tool allowance
- LAHA when working away
- Optional weekend work (overtime)

**Key Deliverables**:

- Submission of EFMR for Plant and Equipment repair and maintenance requirements
- Ensure all completion data of tasks is correct in conjunction with EIC/Supervisor
- Provide installation and maintenance of EQL Electrical wiring and cabling assets
- For timely sign-off of defects and construction works in Power Apps
- Conduct field activities as directed by the EIC/ Supervisor

**Qualifications**
- Current QLD Electrical License \
- Current QLD HR licence
- Construction White Card
- High Risk Work Licence to operate an EWP (greater than 11m)
