Tony & Mark's is seeking friendly and energetic people to join our retail team. We are looking for hard working and committed people who are willing to provide the highest standards of customer service and willing to "go that extra mile" in building strong relationships. We have have vacancies across all locations.

We are looking for the following:

- Checkout Operators
- Fruiterers
- Florists
- Deli Assistants
- Grocery Assistants

What the job requires:

- Greeting, serving and providing advice to customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times
- A good understanding of the retail environment and all products on offer
- Store presentation, merchandising and stock management
- Packing and rotating stock and maintaining quality standards
- Operating registers, cash balancing and calculating change manually, as required
- Cash and EFTPOS transactions
- General tidying duties and general retail shop duties
- Reporting to the Manager
- Comply with all Health & Safety Guidelines and Procedures in accordance with current legislation
- A good understanding of fruit & veg varieties

The successful applicants will:

- Be well spoken, friendly, outgoing, trustworthy and reliable
- Be organised and motivated, with a willingness to learn
- Work well independently, and as part of a team
- Work fast and efficiently
- Have a professional and mature approach to the job at hand
- Must be neat, well presented and consistently punctual
- Be available over 7 days

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.41 - $34.91 per hour

- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
