Cleaning residents' rooms & bathrooms, dining and lounge rooms as well as other associated areas
- Cleaning windows and other glass surfaces.
- Using commercial polisher, steamer, and other associated equipment
- Sweeping, mopping, waxing and polishing tiled, vinyl, timber and concrete floors.
- Cleaning carpets in patient rooms
- Scrubbing responsibilities in the kitchen
- Vacuuming carpets, curtains, and upholstered furniture.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety
- Report any incident or hazards to the relevant Manager or Supervisor.
- Ensure you are not affected by alcohol or drugs, to endanger your own or any other persons’ health and safety.

**Competencies and experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role for at least 6 months
- Being familiar with the cleaning chemicals and disinfectants
- Knowledge and work experience in working with people with disability
- High level of time management

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check - Employee check only (required)
- NDIS Workers Orientation (required)
- Current Australian Driver's License and a roadworth car (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
