We are on the lookout for an exceptional **Assistant Store Manager** to join our Retail Prodigy Group family and play a key role in driving the success of our **Nike** Store in **Northland Shopping Centre**. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Leadership: Lead and inspire teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies to drive -growth and profitability.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of responsibility, meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse team of talented individuals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Customer Focus: Prioritise customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional products and services, aligning with Nike's commitment to quality and innovation.
- Brand Alignment: We're looking for individuals who share our passion and enthusiasm for Nike and align to the company’s values.
- Ability to Provide the Ultimate Customer Experience: Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions.
- Full Time availability including late night trade and weekend hours.
- Minimum of 1-year prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager.
