We are seeking a Full-time Sales and Marketing Sales Representative, your role will be focused on building strong client relationships, driving sales, and expanding our market presence.

**The Role**:
As a **Sales & Marketing Representative**, you will play a key role in driving business growth by **building relationships, generating sales, and expanding our client base**. Your primary focus will be to:

- **Meet with architects, designers, builders, and developers** to showcase and promote our premium tile collections.
- **Identify new business opportunities** and develop strong partnerships in the construction and design industry.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
- **Provide expert product knowledge** to clients, helping them select the perfect solutions for their projects.
- **Negotiate contracts and close sales**, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Develop and implement marketing strategies** to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry professionals.
- Using effective customer service techniques to secure sales and ensure continued customer relationships.

Stay updated on industry trends, new designs, and competitor product.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Proven experience in **sales and business development** (preferably in the building, interior design, or construction industry).
- **Assertive, confident, and results-driven** with a strong ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated and proactive in achieving sales targets.
- Professional presentation and communication skills.
