**Task's Involved**
- Read plans and follow precisely to the Austal standard
- Cut materials for task assigned
- Drill and screw together structures
- Double check drawings and job before getting supervisor to check
- Ensures work practices, workspace and colleagues conform to Austal Safety procedures and policies
- Shows evidence of self-checking work and rectifying work below standard
- Keeps the work area clean and tidy without prompting from supervisor
