**Description**:
As Hospitality All Rounder you will support the Sydney Airports Customer Experience & Events Manager and their team by providing a high-level concierge service in the key corporate building located at the Sydney Airport, opposite the International Terminal.

The key focus of the role will be to provide an engaging an on-brand welcome and farewell for Sydney Airport’s external guests. You will assist with the implementation of high-quality meetings and events, which will include food, beverage and RSA services, set up and pack down duties.

**Hours**: Monday - Friday (core business hours)

What you will be doing
- Provide an engaging an on-brand welcome and farewell for Sydney Airport’s external guests
- Liaise with support staff, internal stakeholders and external guests
- Maintain high service meeting and greeting of external guests for the executive floor
- Perform Barista, food service and RSA duties for events and meetings
- Set and reset meeting rooms for planned meetings and events
- Take direction from the Sydney Airports Customer Experience & Events Manager and work collaboratively with the broader team
- Perform general cleaning duties as required
- Inventory management and ordering of consumables
- Provide support for property campaign initiatives
- Identify process improvements to add value to Assetlink’s service delivery model

**Skills and Experiences**:
You will have
- A positive and engaging manner with all stakeholders and a strong customer service orientation
- Friendly, pleasant and outgoing interpersonal style
- Demonstrated strong command of English, both verbal and written
- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills
- RSA Qualified
- Barista trained
- Strong awareness of hygiene & food safety standards
- Ability to deal with difficult situations in a diplomatic manner, supported by strong judgement and decision-making
- Self-motivated with the willingness to take the initiative to deliver results
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Ability to act upon client requirements and concerns as part of a strong customer service ethic
- Basic computer skills - data entry, e mail
- Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
