Mount Hawthorn, Australia Spritz Spizzicheria Full time

Spritz Spizzicheria, Italian restaurant located in Mount Hawthorn, is looking for an experienced Baker to join their team on full time and permanent basis.
- Measuring and mixing ingredients into dough accordingly to the recipe;
- Rolling, cutting, and otherwise shaping the dough;
- Operating specific machines that mould and mix dough;
- Collaborate on new recipes and seasonal items;
- Bake a range of breads, pastries, and desserts;
- Regular checking of baking ingredients and raw materials and food quality;
- Supporting the day to day control of food production, including stock control;
- Monitoring ovens and their temperatures at all times;
- Ensure all baking and other needed equipment are cleaned and accurately maintained;
- Maintain baking standards for top-notch results;
- Keep the baking area clean and organized at all times;
- Overseeing Health and safety practices and regulations in the kitchen and service areas.

We require at least 2 years of experience in the position, strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients, Attention to detail and quality.

Location: Mount Hawthorn

Position: Full-time 38 h/week, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year depending on experience
