Fencer

We are a leading landscaping company based out of Keilor East, that is dedicated to creating beautiful outdoor spaces. We currently work with a range of different volume builders / private clientele and have a large pipeline of confirmed work going into 2024. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add to our ever-growing team with a talented Fencer.

**The Role**:

- Collaborate with our team to plan and execute a variety of different fencing projects.
- Read and understand various landscaping plans and designs.
- Installing a wide range of different fencing and gates, wooden paling, Colourbond, blade fencing etc
- Ensure that all work is completed to high-quality standards and built in compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and leadership to team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project commitments are being met.

**About you**:

- A positive outlook with the willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Strong knowledge of building techniques and Australian standards
- Experience using power tools / operating machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- Capable of being able to tow a trailer.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a fencer
- Certificate III in carpentry would be highly regarded.
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Driver’s licence
- Valid Police Check (Within 12 months)

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- fencing: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- White Card (preferred)
