The Role
We are looking for a Part Time Health Assessor to join our Brookvale Practice to be a key team member working collaboratively with an experienced team of Nurses and General Practitioners, providing high quality customer service to all patients attending the Medical Centre for an immigration medical assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
- Ensure customers can have their medical assessments conducted efficiently by communicating effectively with Health Assessors, GPs and
- Imaging and Pathology staff
- Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
- Strong customer service mindset
- Dedicated to servicing patient needs
- Attention to detail
- Ability to use Computer Skills and telephone system
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Administration Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise consumer-centered healthcare
- Working With Children Check Clearance
