NFP company going through a CRM implementation project.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Test Analyst to join a dynamic team for a Not For Profit organisation going through a new CRM implementation project. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimising enterprise-level CRM systems. If you have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar role, and a proven track record of successful CRM projects, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the implementation and enhancement of enterprise-level CRM systems
- Leverage strong system and user testing skills, including the ability to craft testing scripts and efficiently manage test rounds throughout the project life-cycle.
- Showcase expertise in database design and configuration, process automation, process mapping, data modeling, and conversions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at varying levels of data understanding, presenting findings, and skilfully negotiating outcomes.
- Drive and oversee change across people, processes, and platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal system performance.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, attention to detail, and a go-getter mentality with highly effective planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Cultivate positive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, service providers, and Foundation team members to influence change and drive successful outcomes.
- Maintain composure under pressure, uphold an outcome-focused approach, and adapt seamlessly to the evolving nature of projects.
