**The Role**

As **Store Manager** at **Midas Concession Woden**, you'll lead from the front - driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience. You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.

**What you'll do**:

- Create memorable customer moments every day
- Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
- Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
- Manage rosters and wage performance with precision
- Build a team culture grounded in trust, energy, and retail pride
