As part of our commitment to 5-star service, we offer a courtesy driving service to and from our **Tweed Heads Dealership** for each of our highly valued customers. This role is highly customer centric and suited to someone who loves to chat (and is an exceptionally safe driver).

**What the role entails**:

- Understanding the impact that exceptional service can have on the teams success through positive customer satisfaction and feedback following a completed job
- Pick up and/or delivery of people and vehicles, driving carefully and in accordance with road rules
- Meeting dealership standards and quality assurance
- Transferring customers to and from their points of destination
- Provide frontline customer service
- Assist with reception calls, administration and other ad-hoc duties

**What we are looking for**:

- An ability to provide a premium level of customer service
- Current manual and automatic drivers licence
- Well presented and enjoys dealing with people
