I'm looking for another Home Care Support Worker to come into my personal care team to work in the Glenning Valley area. The Home care worker would assist with cleaning, cooking, transport to appointments and some simple personal care.

This person would need to work as part of a team for around 10 to 15 hours per week on a 7-day rotating roster - mornings (7am to 9am or 11am depending on appointments) & evening shifts (4:30 or 5pm to 6:30). Must be available to work some weekends on a rotation. (These times may be adjusted as needed)

Staff are employed as casuals under the Social Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award.

Please note that public transport options are limited due to the location and hours of the role, so having your own reliable transport to and from work is desirable. The role includes some physical duties such as bending, lifting and pushing a wheelchair. I have a empathetic Pets and Therapy dog, so applicants need to be comfortable working around dogs.
