**About us**
Our 120 seat venue located on Hay St in the CBD is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and hands on individual who wants to be part of a lively and energetic environment that is IVY & JACK.
- Once home to the old Town Cinema, this urban industrial-chic restaurant pays homage to movie stars of the past with a modern twist._

Currently open breakfast through to dinner 7 days a week.

**Your day to day**
Join us as a Part Time or Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor at Ivy & Jack, a key role in our Food & Beverage Leadership team. You will assist in coordinating the day-to-day operations in Ivy & Jack, including but not limited to:

- Supervising, supporting, directing and delegating tasks to the team on shift.
- Monitor venue ordering, stock movements and requisitions.
- Monitoring rosters and completing daily time sheet approvals.
- Supporting and delivering required training for the team.
- Assisting the F&B leaders with welcoming and onboarding of new colleagues.
- Drive a positive culture and engagement within the team by creating a positive and productive work environment built on motivating, inspiring and leading an effective team that delivers results.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations concerning health, safety, or other requirements.

**What we need from you**
You will be friendly, energetic, be able to work comfortably in a team environment, and have demonstrated experience with leading a small team. You will have a desire to begin to grow your leadership skills and take on responsibility around the day -to-day operation beyond working on the floor.

To be successful in this role you must:

- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by utilising your ability to communicate clearly and courteously when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team is advantageous.
- Deliver efficient and prompt Food & Beverage service in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
- Ability to multi-task - the job is varied so the ability to manage multiple high priorities and deadlines will ensure your success.
- Have an eye for detail, be enthusiastic and an approachable person who is motivated to take ownership and consistently deliver a unique guest experience.
- Be a strong advocate for working collaboratively to support the wider hotel team success.
- Be flexible with your availability - for example working early mornings, evenings/ nights, weekends, and public holiday shifts.
- Have the legal right to work in Australia without limitation or restrictions.
- Hold a WA RSA Certificate and preferably hold a current Approved Managers Licence.
