**HEAD COACH UFC GYM**

Locations: Bankstown / Sydney CBD / Wetherill Park / Woollooware

Type: Part-time (21 hours per week)

Role Overview:
As the Head Coach at UFC Gym, you will be a key contributor to the success of our fitness programs and member experience. This part-time position encompasses coaching group classes and some administration duties at one of our UFC Gym locations.

The administration duties will have a focus on maintaining equipment, managing the group class timetables, ensuring gym cleanliness, welcoming and integrating new members into our fitness community.

Key Responsibilities:
**Coaching** (15 hours per week):

- Conduct engaging group fitness classes adhering to UFC Gym's training methodologies.
- Continuously assess members needs and adjust coaching styles to accommodate diverse fitness levels and goals.
- Deliver a range of group fitness classes in Boxing, Kickboxing and Functional fitness for Kids ( 5-10yrs ), Youth ( 11 -15yrs ) and Adults.

**Administration Duties** (6 hours per week):
**New Member Integration**
- Welcome and onboard new members, providing an orientation to UFC Gym's facilities and services.
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand new members' goals and tailor their fitness journey accordingly.
- Foster a sense of community by connecting new members with existing members and promoting group activities.

**Equipment Maintenance**
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on gym equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Report and coordinate repairs or replacements with the appropriate personnel.

**Timetable Management**
- Contribute towards optimising the class schedule to meet peak training hours and align with member preferences.

**General Cleaning and Tidying**
- Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of the gym floor, creating a welcoming and safe environment.
- Implement daily cleaning routines and delegate tasks to support staff as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Certificate 4 in Personal Training
- 2-3 Years proven experience in coaching group fitness classes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timetables efficiently.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment maintenance procedures or the willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Working with Childrens Check
- Personal Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance

**Working Conditions**
- This is a part-time position with a total of 21 hours per week.
- Flexible hours based on the gyms needs, including morning and evenings.
- The willingness to complete a complimentary traineeship to enhance knowledge and skills in business and administration.
