**The role**:
As an RTO Data Administrator, you will be responsible for processing enrolments, answering student enquiries, managing the student database system and general office duties in line with the business.

This is a full-time permanent position located in North Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing enrolments
- Creating state uploads
- Creating training plans
- Record learner enrolments, learner attendance, learner participation, learner progress and assessment results
- Management of VETtrak student management system
- Ensure quality maintenance of student files
- Answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner
- Answering student Enquiries
- General office duties include filing, photocopying, printing etc.
- Data entry and scanning of completed paperwork as required
- Stocktaking of equipment and training resources
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- A high level of skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel
- Data entry skills with particular attention to accuracy
- Previous experience in the management of a student database such as VETtrak (desirable)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and self-manage workload
