**About the Centre**

Casey Stadium is located in Cranbourne East as a staple facility within the Casey Complex precinct and has a long history of providing indoor sporting experience to the surrounding community. Our café and catering offerings source quality food, offer a varied and innovative menu with the flexibility to cater for all, serviced by an experienced team of professionals who pride themselves on superior service and excellence.

**About the role**

Based at Casey Stadium the as a Café Attendant you will be the face of customer service for the café and provide exceptional customer service to those attending the facility. Your responsibilities will include food and beverage preparation and service, cash handling, cleanliness and adhering to occupational health and safety within the requirements.

In this role you will also on occasion provide catering for events, the responsible serving of alcohol and ensuring the facility adheres to all liquor licencing requirements.

The café and function area operate over a range of hours including mornings, nights and weekends.

This is a casual position and the hourly rate is $27.51 + super.

**About you**

You will be highly motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service and food handling, while also be committed to the establishment of systems that will deliver continuous improvement of the café and be committed to achieving the YMCA vision for healthy eating.

Experience is desirable but not mandatory, if you have any of the following skills we'd love to hear from you:

- Communication - Ability to communicate with a variety of people varying in age, ability and background
- Teamwork - Team focused attitude, with ability to work with a range of people to achieve outcomes
- Engagement - Ability to engage with customers to create an engaging and welcoming environment
- Basic computer skills

**Essential Qualifications**
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety
