**About Us**:
**The Scots College OOSH** is a privately-owned, family-operated company providing high-quality Outside of School Hours (OOSH) care to families at _**The Scots College, Dolls Point**_.

We are excited to be expanding our team and are currently seeking an **enthusiastic OOSH Educator**committed to working **four to five days per week from** **2:30pm to 6:00pm** to join our friendly and supportive environment. This opportunity reflects our continued commitment to delivering exceptional care and enriching experiences to more families.

Our programs are guided by the _My Time, Our Place_ framework, offering school-aged children engaging, play-based, and leisure-focused activities that celebrate their individuality, interests, and choices.

**About the Position**:

- Supervise and engage with children during play, ensuring their physical safety at all times
- Promote and guide positive behaviour in line with service policies and child-safe practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of engaging programs that support children’s independence, social skills, learning, and overall development
- Foster an inclusive, supportive, and fun environment that reflects the interests and needs of the children

**Current Qualifications and Experience**:

- A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their wellbeing and development
- Ability to build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Previous experience in an OOSH or similar child-focused environment (preferred but not essential)

**Availability**:

- **School Term**: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm - 6:00pm
- This is a **permanent part-time position**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 18 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- OOSH: 1 year (preferred)
