600 Machine Tools are the leading supplier of CNC Equipment, Lathes and all types of machining equipment. We are on the look out for a Field Service Technician to join our growing team

Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and perform the Service and Technical Support functions Manage all on site installations, commissioning repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions
- To perform, manage and grow our Service and Preventative Maintenance Programs with new and existing customers

Proactively build our customer Database information

Build positive relationships with our customers

Produce timely and detailed service reports

Preparation of Machinery and Equipment prior to despatch

To be able to competently work on both manual and CNC equipment

To liaise with key suppliers in order to resolve technical issues with machinery and / or equipment

Travel regionally and/or interstate as required

To work in a Team environment effectively
- Education level.

Fitter and Turner, Mechanical Engineering (Trade Certificate) an advantage

Experience
- Specific skills.

Understanding of Technical Machinery and Equipment

Strong numeracy skills

Licenses

Forklift License

Car License
- Personal Characteristics

Works well under pressure

Customer focused

Outgoing personality

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
