As a full time **Retail Store Associate** at Vodafone you’ll be passionate, enthusiastic and driven, with a genuine interest in people and technology. If you thrive under pressure, have the ability to maintain a positive outlook, and are seen by others as a self-motivated and confident team player this could be the opportunity for you. You will receive ongoing training and support to develop your skills and abilities, which could lead to further opportunities to grow your career within retail, corporate or anywhere across the business.

**You will need to have**
- Availability to work 37.5 hours per week across 5 days on a 7-day rotating roster including weekends. This includes weekends, peak trade days i.e late nights and Public holidays.
- Some experience and passion for face to face customer service.

- You have a strong customer focussed attitude that helps you deliver personalised and unique experiences for our customers You love finding solutions to complex problems by thinking outside the box
- You have retail sales, call centre or any relevant customer service experience.
- You have a real passion for technology and love talking to others about it
