**About the role**:

Reporting to the National Human Resources Manager, the role of Human Resources Learning and Development Advisor is an exciting new role that will see you working collaboratively alongside a close-knit team of HR professionals who are dedicated to program development, training, and improvements enhancing employment engagement across the ARC business. This national role provides opportunity to utilise and further enhance your professional skills in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Key responsibilites
- Coordinate the development of our onboarding program and partner with hiring managers to offer assistance and training around on boarding requirements.
- Work closely with the National HR Manager to Facilitate identify and facilitate retention strategies that can support employee retention (eg Exit Interview Data, Training Needs) and complete data analysis for exit interviews and identify potential retention strategies.
- Partake in the development of Apprentice and Trainee Programs to identify role requirements and allocate placements.
- Complete data analysis such as recruitment forecasting, turn over and headcount.

**About your experience**:
Have previous working experience in a HR or L&OD function
- Have strong communication skills
- Be open to learning about change management
- Be curious and driven
