The AFL Stores in the **North West Suburbs of Melbourne** is looking for an enthusiastic **Store Managers** to drive our business and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our fans

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of passionate staff to achieve sales goals.
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and stock control.
- Create a welcoming environment that resonates with AFL fans.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail management experience is essential.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
