**About the role**
We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our People, Culture & Talent Branch and make a real impact.
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with our two Executive Directors and their leadership team, coordinating and ensuring smooth operations across critical business processes. We are seeking an organised, proactive individual who thrives in managing complex diaries, handling multiple work streams, and driving efficiency.
Working in a busy and changeable environment, this is a role for someone who takes pride in their ability to organise themselves and others to remain one step ahead of the deliverables. This role is instrumental in streamlining administrative processes and driving efficiencies that directly contribute to the success of the department. You will add real value, take on varied challenges, and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the future of the Premier’s Department.

**About the Team**
The People, Culture & Talent Branch work on a variety of processes and projects where we aim to be leaders in HR within the NSW Public Service. We provide high quality, accurate information, advice, and assistance to develop a world-class public sector that is engaged, effective and diverse.
- **Strong experience in supporting senior management with diaries, management reports and financial data preparation
- Outstanding attention to detail, including ensuring accuracy in reports, presentations, correspondence, and business plans
- You are a collaborative team player and enjoy supporting and contributing to the shared success of the team
- Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
- A proven track record in the coordination of people and processes by managing meetings, workshops, agenda preparation and reporting schedules
- High level of proficiency with MS Office and have experience with document management and databases.

**Salary**: Clerk Grade 5/6. Package includes base salary ($97,027- $107,059) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
