Novita’s purpose is to enable kids, young people and adults living with disability, and their families, to participate in the community to their full potential. We do this by providing early intervention, rehabilitation, allied health therapy, assistive technology, and disability services. With a growing client base of 5000+ clients we are looking for experienced allied health professionals to join the Novita team and to help us to **_achieve amazing_**_._
Due to continued growth, we have multiple positions for **Developmental Educators** available across regional South Australia and far west New South Wales including Whyalla, Berri, Kadina, Port Lincoln, Murray Bridge and Broken Hill.

**About you**
Here’s a list of the skills and experience that we are looking for:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in disability and developmental education or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years’ relevant full-time work experience
- Membership of DEAI, or working towards this status within the first 12 months of employment at Novita
- Managing a clinical caseload involving the assessment, planning, and implementation of interventions in line with client goals
- Provide evidence based professional advice and information to clients and their families in relation to their interventions
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the interventions against client goals and professional practice standards
- Understanding multidisciplinary and trans-disciplinary teamwork including a willingness to integrate developmental services within this framework
- Develop reports and maintain accurate client records in accordance with Novita policy and procedures.

- a current DHS Working with Children’s Check
- a current NDIS Worker Check
- three doses of COVID-19 vaccine.
