Our client offers the complete service from freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport, through to warehouse & distribution of cargo, all with a full integrated tracking service. - Our client is seeking an individual who will be able to demonstrate the following qualities, sales & people skills / relationship manager. You will need to have vision & are goal orientated, show success patterns, and are a high achiever. The person must have good work organisation, positive outlook and attitude. You MUST have current Freight Forwarding knowledge and currently hold a similar type position. You will also need to have the ability to meet sales budgets and lead from the front. You will have the ability to create & manage sales programs & campaigns, and how to sell "not on price". You will also have the ability to create & manage a selling program, strong reporting capabilities, and the ability to increase profit margins on existing business all round. - In return for your expertise you will receive a generous negotiated salary package with additional individual profit share and incentives. - You will be joining a market leader within the Asian market who is currently continuing to experience exception growth.
