Venues NSW is a commerically focused agency of the NSW Government, encompassing the Sydney Cricket Ground and Allianz Stadium as well as major sporting and cultural stadiums and precincts in Sydney, Olympic Park, Parramatta, Newcastle and Wollongong. The network of stadiums and entertainment centres host in excess of 5 million people a year at more than 500 events and is a key contributor to the economy.
Venues NSW takes an intergrated approach to our stadia and entertainment centres by developing partnerships with sporting codes, the entertainment and event industry, audiences, local businesses, NSW Government agencies and community groups. Our network throughout NSW allows us to combine internal resources and harness a vast employee skillset all of which helps us deliver key projects and secure outstanding content.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for someone who is looking to join this prestigious organisation to help deliver exceptional services to our members and guests in our new state of the art facility at Moore Park that will be the envy of the industry. The new Club boasts strength, cardio and functional training zones, an outdoor training terrace, separate group fitness, mind body and cycle studio. As well as an indoor 25m pool, outdoor 50m pool, spa, cold plunge, steam, traditional sauna and infrared sauna rooms. An indoor/ outdoor café, day spa, golf simulator and child-minding facility for members and their guests.
Our Pool Lifeguards will be responsible for the safety and supervision of members and guests using our state-of-the-art aquatic facilities. This role will be work closely with the Aquatics Manager to ensure a premium experience is delivered that is second to none. Availability is required for mornings, afternoons weekdays and weekends.
ABOUT YOU
You will need excellent communication skills, be vibrant and energetic, customer focused, passionate about aquatic activities and committed. You will be fun, flexible and have a can-do attitude.
