**Albany Creek Leisure Centre | Casual/Part-time Opportunities**

Are you passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals? At **Belgravia Leisure**, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated **Wellness Coach** to join our team at the **Albany Creek Leisure Centre**.

Reporting directly to the Health Club Coordinator, as a Wellness Coach, you’ll play a key role in supporting our members on their fitness journey by delivering safe, fun, and effective exercise programs. You’ll bring energy and professionalism to every interaction, ensuring our members feel supported, inspired, and confident in achieving their goals.

**About the Role**
- Induct, screen, and complete initial consultations with new members using our approved onboarding process
- Monitor the gym floor to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Design and deliver tailored health and fitness programs within centre policy and legislative guidelines
- Support fitness promotions and campaigns that engage members and the wider community
- Regularly inspect and maintain fitness equipment to the highest safety standards
- Deliver exceptional service to members and guests, contributing to a positive team culture

**What We’re Looking For**
**Essential**:

- Certificate III in Fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
- National Police Check

**Desirable**:

- Fitness Australia Registration
