Mailroom Driver

BGIS is a leading provider of integrated real estate management services, including facility management, project delivery, and energy and sustainability solutions. We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a **Mailroom Driver at Holsworthy Barracks.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently operate a company vehicle to transport mail and packages within Holsworthy Barracks.
- Collect incoming mail, packages, and other materials from designated areas.
- Sort, distribute, and deliver mail and packages to various departments and offices within the barracks.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety procedures and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily tasks.

**Requirements**:

- **Australian citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the role and location (Holsworthy Barracks).**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes and weights.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining delivery records.
- Prior experience in mailroom operations or delivery driver roles is preferred.
