**Location**:Melbourne CBD Salary:
Basic $35-$40 Advance $50-$60 Job

**Responsibilities**:
**Basic Scaffolder**:

- Erecting and dismantling basic scaffolding structures.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of scaffolding equipment.
- Adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

**Qualifications**:
**Basic Scaffolder**:

- Valid Basic Scaffolding Ticket or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in erecting and dismantling basic scaffolding structures.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Valid Advanced Scaffolding Ticket or equivalent certification.
- Extensive experience in installing and dismantling advanced scaffolding systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.

**Requirements**:

- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards.
- Flexibility to work on various construction projects.

**Advanced Scaffolder**:

- Installing and dismantling advanced scaffolding systems, including modular and specialized structures.
- Leading a team of scaffolders and providing guidance on complex projects.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures.
- Collaborating with project managers and other construction professionals.
- Training and mentoring junior scaffolders.
