**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to individuals with disabilities, including personal care, transportation, and meal preparation
- Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior
- Communicate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
- Promote independence and help individuals achieve their goals

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Disability Support or relevant qualification
- NSW Drivers License
- Working With Children's Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Test
- Demonstrated experience in disability support work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A caring and empathetic nature
