Wild Things is a busy natural food grocery store with the BEST organic produce department in Melbourne. Reporting to both the store manager and the produce manager, you’ll have accountability for the day-to-day running of the fresh produce department. You’ll take pride in contributing to an organic store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and our inner city community.

Due to internal promotions and growth, we are currently seeking passionate and experienced leaders to join our produce team 5-days per week.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer facing environment
- Direct leadership experience to maintain team culture and productivity
- Previous buying and ordering experience is highly desirable.
- Produce experience highly preferred

- Ability to maintain excellent store standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines and quality control.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour
