Ecommerce Coordinator

Based in Kirrawee, Bamboo Body is a growing clothing label that creates essential basics made from luxuriously soft and sustainable bamboo and organic cotton. Our products are sold via our ecommerce website, on marketplaces such as The Iconic and through a wholesale network. We are a tight-knit team who are passionate about our work.

**The Opportunity**

We have a vacancy for a part time **Ecommerce Coordinator**. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic team player who will enjoy a variety of tasks across the entire ecommerce business. The main focus of the role will be to support the operations team with the opportunity to be involved in other areas of the business including marketing, creative and customer experience.

Tasks will include:

- Maintaining website content including product upload, tagging, categorisation and merchandising
- Order pick, pack and dispatch
- Restocking pick bins and unpacking bulk deliveries
- Data entry, returns processing and administration
- Assisting with photoshoots and content creation

We are looking for a positive team player with the following skills & attributes:

- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Digital savvy and able to quickly pick up new software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, a problem solver, versatile and able to adapt to change
- A strong interest and/or experience in fashion, ecommerce and customer experience
- Tertiary qualification or working towards
- Physically fit

Bamboo Body is open Monday-Friday during business hours. The actual hours and days worked can be negotiated depending on your availability and skills, but you must be able to work Mondays.
