**Permanent Part-time Position**:

- **Up to 34.76 P/H + 99c per km and travel time**:

- **Goulburn & Surrounding Areas**:

- **$500 Loyalty Incentive at 6 months and another $500 at 12 months**

**_ About the Opportunity:_**

Join us as a Uniting Home Care Worker, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of care for our elderly clients. Based in **Goulburn or Surrounds,** you'll provide essential support to empower independence and enhance the quality of life for our clients in their own homes.

**_ What you will be doing in this role:_**
- Help at home: Assist with housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
- Transport for wellbeing: Escort clients to appointments, shopping trips, and social activities.
- Personal Care: Support with personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal assistance, and medication administration.

**_ Who we’re looking for:_**
- Previous experience in aged or community care preferred, or a strong desire to begin a career in aged care.
- Empathetic and resourceful, embodying Uniting’s values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
- Flexibility to accommodate the evolving needs and schedules of our clients.
- A provisional or full Australian driving license and access to a comprehensively insured, reliable vehicle.
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
