Ghilgai Steiner School is a small, well established P-6 school located at the foot of Mount Dandenong in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

We are seeking a passionate Steiner teacher who can work collaboratively to support the delivery of the Ghilgai curriculum for 2 days per week.

**Selection criteria**
- Commitment to Steiner education, with qualifications or other expertise in this area
- VIT registered teacher
- Willingness to work under the guidance and direction Class Teachers while also bringing initiative and active co-working
- A wish to discover and work with the unique aspects of Ghilgai’s curriculum
- Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
- Well organised with strong planning and documentation abilities
- Excellent communication skills, sensitivity and tact
- Dynamism and a wish to contribute to the wider cultural life of the school and community
