**A bit about the role**

Reporting to the Service Manager this role is responsible for ensuring quality care and support is delivered in a customer-centric way to enable more older Australians to remain living at home safely.

You will be responsible for the planning and oversight of the scheduling and delivery of timely care and supports that meet customer goals and delivers exceptional service.

You will work as part of a dynamic, passionate and fun team in a fast-growing business that offers plenty of growth and career potential.

**Key responsibilities**
- Planning and oversight of the scheduling of support workers and third-party suppliers to deliver quality care and services
- Working collaboratively with the Service Manager to undertake and ensure timely recruitment and effective performance management of staff
- Responsible for the development and review of Care Plans in consultation with customers and their families
- Ensure individual customer's budgets are accurately recorded and monitored regularly to reflect the customer's care plan
- Regularly reviewing customer Care Plans.

**Key selection criteria**
- 12 months Care Manager experience or Nursing/ Allied Health Background
- Highly professional and able to act with compassion
- Exceptional time management skills
- Excellent administrative and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills

**Requirements**:

- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration preferred
- Tertiary Management Diploma, Cert I or IV in Individualised Support, Home & Community Services, Aged Care, Disability or related relevant experience
- Current driver's licence and safe driving record
- Own car & willingness to travel to visit customers
- Proof of Australian Covid19 & Flu Vaccination

Pay: $45.60 - $47.37 per hour
