**Job Description**:
The Griffith English Language Institute is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our administration team. This Support Services Officer role will report to the Business Manager and be responsible for providing high quality customer service through the delivery of friendly, helpful, accurate, and informative advice and services to students, professional and academic staff.

**Salary Range**
The base salary for a HEW Level 4 is in the range $68,367 - $72,135 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation. The total package is in the range $79,989 - $84,397 per annum.

This is a full-time, continuing position based onsite at the Nathan campus. Griffith is a multi-campus university and therefore it is understood that this position will work across campuses as required.

**Qualifications**:
The occupant of this position will hold a minimum of a diploma level qualification or an equivalent combination of qualifications and/or experience in an international education administration role.

In addition to the above, you will demonstrate:

- Well-developed administrative, communication and organisational skills within a professional environment
- Strong customer focus with a high level of problem-solving skills and an excellent attention to detail
- An ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- This position is required to be on campus and supporting our international team and students
