**The Role**

As a **Property Investment Consultant**, you will educate and support first-time investors and second-home buyers throughout their property journey. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on freedom, self-motivation, and helping others succeed.

**What You’ll Do**
- Understand client needs and guide them toward tailored investment property solutions
- Manage leads from initial enquiry through to settlement
- Build lasting relationships through trust, education, and consistent follow-up
- Generate new business through referrals, social media, and events
- Act as a mentor and strategist for clients on their wealth-building journey

**What We're Looking For**
- You’re a self-starter who’s results-driven and coachable
- Clear, confident communicator with strong people skills
- Passionate about real estate, wealth creation, or personal finance
- Sales or property experience is welcome—but not required
- You want to build deep expertise and take ownership of your success
