**Join Our TAE Training Team as a Trainer**

We are seeking exceptional Trainers to become part of our TAE Training Team, delivering and assessing the nationally recognised TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver and assess the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Provide tailored support to students throughout their learning journey.
- Manage records and student information using our management system.
- Be flexible to travel and work outside standard business hours when necessary.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Hold one of the following:

- TAE50111/TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, OR
- TAE50211/TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design and Development, OR
- A Diploma or higher qualification in adult education.
- TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Current vocational competence and industry currency.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-driven environment.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and passionate about vocational education and training.

**Highly Regarded**
- Previous experience delivering and assessing TAE programs.
- Additional vocational qualifications.
- Familiarity with Student and Learning Management Systems.
- Holding the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
