Our client offers tailored services for high-end furniture to their customers, this role would see you providing exceptional customer experience through addressing general enquiries, issues, warranty checks and assessing of / providing repairs.

Our client is growing nationally, and are seeking a permanent **Customer Service representative** to join their great team in **WESTEREN SYDNEY**
- Attending homes and business sites to assess & provide repairs _(Full training provided for successful applicants)_
- Troubleshoot and solves customers inquiries.
- Attend scheduled meetings on time

**Requirements to be successful in this role**:

- Must have Upholstery experience
- Previous face to face customer service experience
- Previous (retail/repairs) experience in furniture setting is well-regarded
- Experience of resolving customer complaint and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
- Self motivated
- Able to work autonomously
