**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a **Part-Time Casual**to join our team. This role involves the delivery and pick-up of 2 and 3-wheel vehicles, primarily in metropolitan Melbourne, with occasional rural trips. The position is flexible, offering 20-38 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday (no weekends).
You’ll be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles onto a trailer, delivering them to various locations, and providing excellent customer service. The work will be communicated via an app on your mobile phone, so comfort with electronic devices and good communication skills are essential. In times when no deliveries are scheduled, you'll be asked to assist with other tasks as needed.

As a Motorcycle/3-Wheeler Delivery Driver, your primary responsibility will be transporting 2 and 3-wheel vehicles between different locations. This involves safely loading and unloading vehicles from a trailer, ensuring they are delivered in perfect condition, and providing excellent customer service.
The job requires you to navigate through metropolitan Melbourne, with occasional trips to rural areas. You will be using a mobile app to receive job instructions, so proficiency with technology and strong communication skills are essential. Your role will be flexible, with a mix of scheduled deliveries and times where you'll help out with other tasks in the workshop or delivery team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Delivery & Pick-up** of 2 and 3-wheel vehicles, primarily within metropolitan
Melbourne, with occasional rural trips
- **Loading and Unloading** of vehicles from a trailer
- **Use of Mobile Phone** to receive and confirm jobs via the app (must have your own
mobile phone)
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and in excellent condition
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Adhere to road safety regulations
- Help with other tasks around the workshop or delivery team when no jobs are
scheduled
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Motorcycle and Car License required (both essential)
- Experience with motorcycle/3-wheeler delivery or similar roles preferred
- Ability to use a mobile phone and apps to manage job details
- Good communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with loading and unloading vehicles onto a trailer
- Willingness to assist with other tasks during idle time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious
- Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work hours
