As the largest grain storage and handling network on the east coast of Australia, we operate more than 150 regional receival sites and seven bulk port terminals. We store and market wheat, barley, canola, sorghum and specialty commodities, connecting over 10,000 growers with more than 1,000 end-market customers across the food, beverage, edible oils and animal feed industries. **About the role**:
We are currently seeking a Trade Support Coordinator, based at our Sydney offices, to process the settlement of grain received from growers. The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Timely and accurate processing and settlement of grain received and delivered
- Assisting in grain receivable reconciliations
- Follow-up and correction of missed / erroneous payments.
- Experience in accounts payable and receivable would be a transferrable skill for this role

**About your experience**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Good analytic skills to reconcile, identify and correct errors
- Intermediate-Advanced level Excel skills (e.g. Pivot tables)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
