**About the School**:
Earnshaw State College is a P-12 college located in Banyo amid a vibrant and growing business district situated within the Airport Development Precinct. About the Role
In this role you will have responsibility for (but not limited to) the following:

- Keeping the school environment clear of hazards
- Monitoring the condition of the various facilities located on the school grounds
- Ensuring that the school grounds are accessible and safe
- Maintaining grounds
- Obtaining quotes
- WAAPS
- Liaising with contractors

**About You**:

- Pool maintenance knowledge
- Knowledge of Chemwatch
- Basic computer skills and literacy

**A mandatory requirement of this role is**:

- OO3 appointees must have possession of a Certificate III qualification or higher relevant to the tasks outlined, from a recognised institution under the Australian Qualification Framework or agreed equivalent which, in the opinion of the Director-General, Department of Education or delegate is acceptable.
- When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
