**C&K Windaroo Community Kindergarten** is seeking a passionate and dedicated **casual Inclusion Support Assistant** to join our team. As a leading provider of early childhood education and care in the Windaroo Community Kindergarten, C&K is committed to creating an inclusive and nurturing environment for all children.

As an Inclusion Support Assistant, you will be responsible to
- work collaboratively with the teaching team to support the inclusion of children with diverse abilities and needs within the classroom.
- Provide individualized support to children with disabilities or developmental delays, fostering their participation and engagement in learning activities.
- Implement and adapt educational programs to meet the unique needs of each child, promoting their holistic development across all domains.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and external professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of support strategies.
- Promote inclusive practices within the kindergarten community and advocate for the rights and well-being of all children.

**We can't wait to hear from you**
- Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood
- Diploma qualification in Early Childhood
- Bachelor in Early Childhood Education

You will need to hold:

- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willing to obtain one
- All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment._
