**The Job**
- Leading the clinical team in the delivery of clinical care services in accordance with McKenzie Aged Care Group (MACG) policies, HTG’s, processes and Cornerstone values.
- Effectively and efficiently managing the human, material and financial resources.
- Ensuring compliance with all Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission (ACQ&SC) accreditation standards and legislation.
- Assessing, planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating care for residents in accordance with scope of practice and coordinated health and allied health services care planning; ensuring safe and effective evidence based care.
- Undertaking the role of infection prevention and control (IPC) lead for the site

**You Bring**: We are looking for someone with fabulous clinical and leadership skills, who can:

- Drive a consumer centred culture, ensuring a team with the capabilities, compassion and confidence to provide excellent care
- Work collaboratively with your team and across multiple disciplines, internally and externally, to deliver the highest quality outcomes
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding and management of our drivers of success namely relationship management, accreditation standards, occupancy, ACFI, employee engagement and retention, and safe systems of work
- Coach, communicate and engage with, give feedback to and develop our wonderful employees in accordance with best practice and the McKenzie way
- Support your team to be positive and active implementers when it comes to new projects, processes, services and ideas
- Be a change role model who always looks for and embraces better ways to do things
