Dish Hand

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking dish hand to join our kitchen team. You’ll play a key role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining a clean and organized dish area, supporting general cleanliness, and helping with end-of-day pack down.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain a clean and tidy dish area throughout the shift.
- Keep floors, benches, bins, and sinks in the kitchen clean and safe.
- Run out rubbish, cardboard and bottles to designated disposal areas.
- Put away clean dishes and ensure storage areas are tidy and well-organized.
- Assist with closing the dish area at the end of the day — cleaning benches, equipment, and floors.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining overall hygiene and cleanliness standards.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.33 - $30.13 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
